As the first full-time Social Media Manager at Active Minds, a national youth mental health advocacy nonprofit, I built the organization's social media infrastructure from scratch. I grew our audience by over 30% across platforms in three years, and developed campaigns that brought hundreds of thousands of visitors to our accounts. Along the way, I hired a full-time social media associate and worked with countless interns on projects that impacted all aspects of the organization. I'm especially proud of creating the "Meet Active Minds" campaign, establishing a tradition of featuring musical artists at our annual conference (starting with Em Beihold in 2023), and producing content for partners including MTV/Paramount, Urban Outfitters, and Murad.
