As the social media manager for Rose’s Restaurant Group, home of Aaron Silverman’s Michelin-starred Pineapple and Pearls, Rose’s Luxury, and Little Pearl, as well as their catering program, Extra Fancy, I found a balance between highlighting the elevated culinary artistry of each restaurant and featuring the happiness and fun the group exudes with approachable, personality-driven content. In addition to curating and creating social media content across their Instagram accounts, I coordinated and led the art direction of photoshoots, and supported special campaigns and collaborations with local influencers/businesses.
