I started working with food and travel writer Nevin Martell in early 2026, producing Instagram reels that reflect and celebrate the entertaining and educational aspects of his work. Each month looks a little different – one week I might be following Nevin through the woods on a foraging trip, and the next we might be visiting a food truck in a gas station lot serving some of the best tacos you'll have in Maryland. The throughline is always the same: providing a visual interpretation of Nevin's storytelling and info sharing – a perfect example is our reel featuring traditional cooking in a Hawaiian imu, which reached 15k+ views.
